I am Michael Fuselier, a Baton Rouge - based C-suite leader with over 30 years experience in healthcare, life science, and information technology and informatics.

Currently, I serve as the CFO for one of Baton Rouge's top ten nonprofits where I was instrumental in reducing labor costs by 40%, doubling operational efficiency and free cash flow, and securing millions in revenue increases through contract renegotiations.

I am fellowship trained in healthcare management and completed post-graduate work at Brigham Young University in international business and healthcare.  I earned a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix and completed undergraduate work in accounting and business, and nursing at Louisiana State University and McNeese State University respectively.

My areas of areas of expertise include transformative leadership, financial strategy, operations efficiency and impact, and growth.  I am a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a licensed CPA, RN board certified in advanced specialty area, and healthcare facility administrator.

I speak French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian fluently.
